Apostle Johnson Suleman Early Life and Education
He was born to a Muslim father and a Christian mother in Benin City, Edo State, where he had both his primary and secondary education. He has a degree in Mass Communication and a Doctorate Degree in Human Capital Development, though the names of the institutions are unknown. His parents are from the Etsako-West Local Government Area of Edo State. His father, Elder Imoudu Suleman, was a well-known Muslim, and his mother was a Christian and a police officer. His parents later got separated, and he was raised by his mother. No details are known about his siblings.
Johnson Suleman is said to be an extraordinary child from the cradle due to the fact that, after his birth, some prophets came visiting from the city of Warri and announced to his parents that he would be a minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ. He is married to Lizzy Johnson Suleman, a fellow minister who shares the pulpit with him. Prior to the controversies that followed him in 2015, he was said to submit himself to the ministerial oversight of Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor, the leader of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), a protégée of the late Archbishop Idahosa. More recently, he has been linked in that capacity to Pastor Enoch Adeboye, General Overseer of The Redeemed Christian Church of God.

Johnson Suleman is known for his controversial prophecies in which many of them came to pass, his clash with the DSS when he spoke again to the Fulani Cattle pastoralists; and most recently, the fracas with Stephenie Otobo, a Canadian-based artist who accused him of having sexual affairs with her.
