He was born to a Muslim father and a Christian mother in Benin City, Edo State, where he had both his primary and secondary education. He has a degree in Mass Communication and a Doctorate Degree in Human Capital Development, though the names of the institutions are unknown. His parents are from the Etsako-West Local Government Area of Edo State. His father, Elder Imoudu Suleman, was a well-known Muslim, and his mother was a Christian and a police officer. His parents later got separated, and he was raised by his mother. No details are known about his siblings.
